30. Termination of the insurance
1. In the event of the total loss of the insured object, the contract will be terminated, and the insurer will be entitled to the unused portion of the premium for the period of cover underway.
2. In the event of the disappearance of the insured vehicle, with the ensuing delisting of the vehicle at the Traffice Department, the contract will be terminated, and the insurer will be entitled to the unused portion of the premium for the period of cover underway.
3. The termination of the contract, as indicated above, will not modify the respective rights and obligations of the parties in relation to claims previously declared.
