B. Damage claims
Under this cover, the insurer guarantees friendly or legal claims for damages lodged against third parties for indemnities owed to the insured for bodily injuries and material damage sustained as a direct result of a traffic accident, subject to the established limits and up to the maximum amount set in these general conditions.
For the purposes of this cover, the following definitions shall apply:
Traffic accidents involving the policyholder, his / her spouse and any children living with him / her at his / her place of residence in their capacity as pedestrians are included.
